Retardant Resin Casting Compound
WCC-87(¢ò) flame
retardant epoxy resin casting compound is a
new casting compound composed of low
viscosity epoxy resin as binder,and is added
flame retardant and various modifier.It has
merite of low viscosity,excellent
processability,fast curing speed,cured
product being gloss well,excellent electric
properties,flame-resistance in accordance
with Grade UL 94 V-0 ect.It is a specific
casting material for
capacitor,inductor,filter,and transformer
etc.

agent(A):black,white,blue,brown,silver-grey
viscous liquid.
Curing agent(B):light yellow or brownish
black liquid.

1.60-1.63
Component B 0.9-1.05
¢ÇCompounding ratio (by weight):major
agent/curing agent=100/15-20.
¢ÈViscosity:mPa.S 40¡æ Component A:3000-6000
Component B:20-50.
¢ÉCuring condition:Temperature 60¡æ for 3h
Normal temperature for about 12-24h

3.Using
process
¢ÅBefore using,major agent is heated to
60-80¡æ,and by quite strring to insure
uniformity.
¢ÆAccording to weight ratio,the given
component B is added into the preheated
component A,after stirring to homogenize to
go to casting.
¢ÇAfter casting,it is cured according to the
curing condition,the most proper curing
condition may be determined based on own
requirement.
4.Notice
¢ÅBoth of component A and component B should
be keeped at cool,dry and ventilative place.
¢ÆThe component B easily absorb moisture from
the air,open and after using,a container
should be well sealed immediately.
¢ÇThe fillers of component A was stocked for
long tend to precipitate,therefore it must
pay attention homogeneously agitate before
using.
Storage:At 25¡æ in a dry place for half a
year.
Transportation:This product do not belong to
the dangerous goods.
The transportation should in accordance with
the requirements for handling and
transporting normal chemicals. |
